With TubeLock®, my roughnecks and my roustabouts can pick up 200 joints stacked together and go straight in the hole without additional work. That offshore advantage is well worth the additional onshore time and effort, and that's time saving and people saving.

I have to admit when we first got the product on my rig, I was a bit resistant. But, since we started working with Global Gravity, I have visited other rigs that do not use the TubeLock® system, and I can barely believe that we still do things the old way. We had bad weather; the pipes were moving in slings, and it was much more challenging and dangerous than when we started using the TubeLock® system. Access to the tubulars is so much easier with Global Gravity’s TubeLock®.

It is a dream to work with TubeLock®. Why? If you are loading 4000m of pipes, this is roughly 40 TubeLock® profiles. And you can backload them in two small containers. It saves deck space as you can lift straight from the boat to the cantilever/pipe deck. For us working offshore with TubeLock®, it is more effective in terms of time, logistics, and backload, and the tubulars are way more stable on the pipe deck instead of rolling around.
